Paying for your membership
If you wish to pay here on our website, when you fill out the first section of your profile, you will be asked for your credit card information. For phone/ check orders please call us.
We accept Mastercard and Visa 24 hours a day on the website or over the phone during normal business hours at 804-935-1800. Personal checks are also welcome at our mailing address shown on our home page. No charges are made to your account until we approve your completed profile.
Refund policy
Refunds are gladly given with no questions asked as follows...
- First 60 days...in full less $10.00 handling/setup fee
- After 60 days...pro rated by month for the one year membership
No other fees
There are no other charges to use the other sections of our website.
